We rarely accept returns. A return may be considered only if a “New With Tags” item is proven not authentic by an approved third-party evaluator or via a written confirmation from the original brand. In such cases, only the item price will be refunded (excluding shipping/customs).
Each item is categorized under one of three clearly defined tiers:
- New With Tags – Unworn, with original store tags
- New Without Tags – Unworn, but tags have been removed
- Slightly Used (Good Condition) – Gently pre-owned, professionally verified

If a product is believed to be non-authentic, the customer must:
- Provide proof from an official third-party authenticator or the original brand
- Return the item to GulfLuxe in original condition
- GulfLuxe will run a secondary verification
If the item is confirmed non-authentic (extremely rare), we will issue a refund of the item price only.
This process may take 30 to 90 days to ensure a full and fair investigation.
