At GulfLuxe, we guarantee that every product sold on our platform is 100% authentic.
- All items are sourced through verified and trusted suppliers
- Each piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed
- We do not deal in replicas, fakes, or unauthorized items
This commitment is core to who we are — GulfLuxe stands for trust, transparency, and taste.
Product Condition Transparency
We clearly label each product under one of three condition tiers:
- New With Tags – Unworn and includes original store tags
- New Without Tags – Unworn but does not include tags
- Slightly Used (Good Condition) – Gently pre-owned, verified, and in excellent wearable condition
Each item listing will clearly state the condition and include real photographs to provide full transparency.
Returns Policy
GulfLuxe does not offer general returns due to the exclusive nature of our inventory and the sourcing process involved.
A return may only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The item in question is labeled as “New With Tags”
- The customer provides proof from a recognized third-party luxury authentication service or an official written confirmation from the brand stating the item is not authentic
If these criteria are satisfied:
- The customer must return the item in its original condition to GulfLuxe
- GulfLuxe will then conduct a secondary internal authentication review
- If the item is proven to be non-authentic, a refund will be issued for the item price only
- Shipping, customs duties, and transaction fees are non-refundable
Investigation Timeline
Once a return has been received under the above policy:
- The authentication and review process takes 30–90 days
- This allows time for a thorough investigation and independent expert review
- If the item is confirmed authentic, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to the customer (shipping costs apply)
